Geraldton Motor Inn

My daughter and I came to Geraldton for a wedding last weekend. We stayed here at the motor inn. The rooms are spacious with a double bed and a single, a couch, coffee table and TV. There's a microwave and a small bar fridge in the room. The rooms also have their own walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. The Room was nice and tidy and the beds were clean and well made. The only let down was the bathroom. The mirror was dirty and had not been cleaned and there was mold in the shower. As someone who runs a cleaning business, this wouldn't have been unacceptable in an accommodation business, however this was only a minor issue. We were in a room on the road side however there wasn't much traffic noise to be heard. The rooms were nice and quiet and air conditioned. The motel is within minutes from the Town Centre and the beach, which is very convenient and was also very well located for us as we were in between traveling to and from other families homes and hotels and other locations. A buffet breakfast is also included within the room price, which is fantastic and convenient. Buffet breakfast is held in the restaurant up the back of the motel. The food is pretty good too with a large variety to choose from, from your usual bacon and eggs and mushrooms, through to fruits, yogurts, muffins, croissants and salads and drinks such as orange juice, milk and apple juice, coffee/tea. Also cereals for the kids, they cover everything for everyone. Overall we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this motel as a budget affordable accommodation with convenience buffet breakfast and close location to the town Center and other amenities.

We pre booked online to stay this hotel for two nights to attend a wedding in the town. As soon as we got there we felt welcome by the staff. We booked for the family room. The room itself was pretty big for the 3 of us, we had two single beds and a double bed which were soft so it was easy to fall asleep at night and despite the hotel being on a major highway, it was really quiet. the room also had a separate dressing room and bathroom which both functioned really well. We decided on both days of our stay to have breakfast in the morning, we were not disappointed, the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options such as eggs and spaghetti for example. It tasted delicious. From the moment I booked at this hotel about 2 months ago now, the communication I received from the hotel was very clear. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and won’t hesitate to book here again if need be. Thank you for the great service guys

We booked an Executive Queen room through Expedia, but to our pleasant surprise, we were assigned a generously sized room meant for a family of four (as indicated on the website). The room felt incredibly spacious for just the two of us, complete with a separate dressing room. It's regrettable that our stay is only for one night; it would have been wonderful to enjoy this room's ample space for a longer duration. Before arriving in Geraldton, we traveled from Perth city to Dongara. Unfortunately, both accommodations along the way had unreliable Wi-Fi, forcing us to rely on our SIM cards. However, the Wi-Fi here is exceptionally strong and stable. In addition to the standard coffee and tea offerings, we were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary Arnott's biscuits neatly placed alongside the beverages. Shower amenities were provided, although it's worth mentioning that the kettle's heating element appeared to be rusty. Our stay includes breakfast, and it exceeded our expectations. We were initially anticipating a simple breakfast of toast and spreads, but we were treated to a variety of hot and cold options, including cereals. We managed to have a restful night's sleep, despite the proximity of the motel to some traffic noise. Thankfully, our exhaustion helped us sleep through it without much disturbance.
